Laser Printer Drum

I've ordered my ink cartridges / printer supplies from Supplies Outlet.com for some time. For some reason, the printer drum doesn't seem to fit correctly and I constantly get a replace drum message. I've ordered too many drums and I am very frustrated about this because sometimes the printer stops working completely. I've always ordered the drum unit based on the Brother Printer model I own, so it is perplexing that this issue continues.

The printer ink cartridges I've ordered always work fine.

Customer service is the best

The drum unit did not work in my brother laser printer so I contacted customer service and they shipped out another drum unit no charge.The second drum unit did not work and I contacted customer service again and asked for a refund which I promptly received.
If you are lucky and the drum unit works in your printer you got a great deal.
I would recommend the company for comparable drum and toner units. They stand by there products.
