All damaged or incorrect items shipped as well as short shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery for a credit or replacement consideration, and we will immediately replace them upon investigation. Please do NOT ship the damaged items back to us as we will need to file a damage claim with UPS who may need to inspect the package.
All original shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by SuppliesOutlet.com. For all non-defective returns, the customer is responsible to return them back to us at their own expense.
**SuppliesOutlet.com’s limitation of liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
