I purchased a toner cartridge for my copy/printer from your company. I chose regular mail. When the box arrived it was very beaten up. I was not concerned, usually things inside the box is packed well enough to withstand even USPS! When I did open it, black toner went all over me, my clothes, and I trashed the entire thing. I thought, "didn't have too awful much invested". I did e mail your service dept. I thought that being an off brand cartridge it just would not work. it didn't look like the old cartridge at all. I thought "You get what you pay for"! Your customer service dept. helped me. Even emailed a picture of what the cartridge would look like. I guess the damaged box had broken a section of the cartridge off, and that is why the mess and why the cartridge looked odd. To finish this long story, I am so pleased with the help I received, the new cartridge at no cost, and I will order from Supplies Outlet again. Thanks!
