    Delivery problem and how the company fixed it

    I ordered black ink for my Lexmark printer. I ordered right before Thanksgiving, so I expected delivery might be delayed. However, when my ink hadn't arrived after 3 weeks, I called the company.
    The employee I talked with was kind and helpful. She kept an eye on my package, because it was showing it hadn't left the original shipping location. When my ink hadn't arrived after another 24 hours, the employee shipped a replacement. She kept me in the loop about my replacement ink via email.
    I ended up receiving both ink cartridges the following week! I let the company know that both came. The representative was again kind and I was allowed to keep both cartridges, which I wasn't expecting.
    I'm happy with the product and I really appreciate the prompt and helpful customer service.
