Have not used it yet. Normally would be 5 stars based on past experience but lowered to 3 stars because delivery was 3 days late this time and no response from company on email inquiry on where my delivery was.
One of the cartridges had an internal piece broken, so I notified the company. Within a few days, I had a new printer cartridge. Now that's service!

Had a problem with installation. Called support. They were able to help me figure out my dilemma and everything works fine.
Cartriges worked great in my Konica-Minolta 1650. Could not find any physical differences between these and the OEM parts. Huge reduction in cost by using these. Will purchase again when needed.
