The cartridges work just fine, however, it took quite a while to reach me. The print quality if normal and we have no issue with the product itself. Of course this was ordered before Hurricane Maria hit. We had to contact them 3 times about our purchase. The first two times we were assured they would be sent the following day, however, they weren't.
