Not so fast. Well your ad department is not connected to your order department. I ordered based on free shipping 16 internet Add. I have yet to receive free shipping $4.99 cost. I tried many times to get this at check out and it never happened. Actually was timed out and did not even know If I had ordered. Make me happy and send me a check for $4.99 or give me a credit on my card. Otherwise I have a legitimate "false advertising claim". Jimbo Talks!

I've always been a bit skeptical about refilled/refurbished cartridges, but these are great. After installing and aligning them, they work great. No problems here, highly recommended. When they run out, I'll be buying more from right here!
