For the most part, this toner works just as well as the name brand, but for a fraction of the price. I occasionally have an issue with a cartridge not performing properly, but SuppliesOutlet has a 1-year warranty on these and they have good customer service! They are very quick to replace a malfunctioning cartridge as long as it is within a year of purchase!

Printer keeps flagging carts as not HP but they work just fine in the printer aside of that pop up.
