I did have a problem when trying to print multiple labels. The tape gets caught in the machine and shreds to pieces. I do not have this problem with authentic brothers tape. So I just print one label at a time. Customer service was great, they replaced the ruined tape at no extra charge. Will definitely order more tape in the future.
