I use this product for my fax machine was easy to install
Packaged well. Came on time. Fairly easy to install. Although I have not used it to receiving incoming fax, it would appear with copying feature that it functions as design. I was disappointed and annoyed that the 15% credit for an educator was not extended to me despite the fact that it had not been expired! I received an email asking if I could use this discount and when I responded, "I tried to but it would not accept it " it was only then that I was told it had supposedly expired. What more can I say... I asked if the credit could be given to my credit card of record and was told that the suppose a discount had expired. It wasn't like I was asking for a lot, probably less than a two dollar discount & since it was this company contacted me and not in reverse, I consider this a poor decision for future purchases.
