The product worked well in my printer/copier.
Drum came in sealed plastic in a box that said Toner Cartridge (not drum). Instruction sheet inside also said, "How to change your toner." Had to call. They said they use the toner boxes to ship other things. That's great they reuse, but perhaps the correct instructions?
