Shipping Damage - Please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the damaged products and we will immediately replace these items. Please do not ship the damaged items back to us as we will need to file a damage claim with UPS who may need to inspect the package and damaged products.
Defective Merchandise - Defective Remanufactured or Compatible ink or toner cartridges are backed by our Lifetime Performance Warranty against manufacturer defects. OEM Original Ink & Toner, and all other items are covered by a 1 year warranty. Defective items are accepted for return only if there has been no traces of damage due to misuse or tampering.
Shipping Error - If we inadvertently shipped you the wrong item(Items different from what you ordered), we will immediately replace the product, then once we receive the incorrect products back from you we will credit you for the return plus your shipping charges to return the products back to us. You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the incorrect products.
Short Shipments - All short shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery for credit or replacement consideration.
All Other Returns - We will accept any unused and resellable items for return within 60 days of original purchase. These products must be in their original and unopened packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus your return shipping costs.
